Can a user increase the size of the tiles in mah jong? They are very tiny on W7 for someone visually impaired.?

Tile size on Mah Jong - is this an ADA issue?|||No|||I guess that a basic game system such as Yahoo might not see the size of the tiles in mahjong, my fav game, as a big deal. Actually, I always found the tiles easy to read in Vista. But the tile size in W7 is so tiny that it causes eye strain and makes it impossile to play comfortably. ADA issue
