Where can I play Mah Jong online with other people?

Where can I play mah jong online against other humans? I'd prefer toudai shiki rules but I can play most other variants. Also, it'd be great if the said site wasn't a gambling site (addiction isn't pretty, I learned the hard way), but this seems like an impossible request x.x
