Why can't i move my yahoo mah jong screen up to see the last layer?

the ranking table is cut off at #5 and the bottom layer of mahjong l


layer is not visible. no arrows appear where i can move screen up.


why does this happen|||There are often problems with the server which cause all kinds of issues for players. The problem you are describing is most likely part of a problem with the server, and unfortunately there isn't anything you can do about it until they fix the problems with the server.
