Where can I buy a reasonably priced Japanese Mah-Jong Set in Tokyo?

A place near a station would be preferable, I am looking for something between 2000-5000 yen (a little more is doable). I live near Shinagawa, so something in this part of Tokyo would be preferred.|||I think you can find it at Tokyu Hands.
