I bought mah jong quest online and the screen froze. I bought it and it still freezes. WHY?

It froze on a different screen than the first one that i purchased online. I bought this at wal mart when i discovered it was out. Why does this keep freezing? And how much more am i going to have to spend to play my favorite game? Do I have to keep buying new discs after playing only a couple of times?|||if the disk from walmart does not work go on the internet and download it for free then type in your activation code from the game you bought than it will be on you com for good
