I need to know why Mah Jong Quest keeps freezing up? I paid for the game through yahoo?

Is there away to uninstall and reinstall it without having to pay for it again. Not sure if that will help but figured it wouldn't hurt to try. Is there a cd you can send me so I can install it that way. Sure would like to get the game to work since I paid for it and haven't even played it for a week yet.|||Try scanning for spyware after you install it. Sometimes when you download games an adware company maybe the server they use.
